·         1: OCR (Optical character recognition)
The process of extracting text within  images

·         2: DWG (Drawing)
The process of converting a drawing within eDoc

·         5: TYPE_BINDER_GENERATOR
The administrative server generating binders

·         6: TYPE_BINDER
The administrative server creating the binders

·         7: TYPE_EXTRACT
When a document is added the text within the document is extracted and saved to the eDoc administrative server

Document without converted PDF

Shows how many documents that have been imported but the pdf conversion has failed

Document with converted PDF

Displays how many documents can be viewed in eDoc, however during the processing of the document an error occurred or the processing is still outstanding

After the pdf is generated, eDoc does the following steps

1. Extracts the text
2. Update jobs for fulltext search
3. If no text is found in the pdf, an OCR process is started
