Private Note- A Note created by the current user and only visible and editable to the user who created it

Public Note-  A Note created by the user which is visible to all users, but only editable by the user who created it

Public Note created by different user, which is visible to all users

Link- a link created by the user, only visible to the user who created it

Public Folder created by different user, the project manager can create a folder structure to for the read only users to sort their notes by

Public Folder- A folder created by the current user, visible to all users

Private Folder- A folder created by the current user, only visible to the user who created it
