This function makes it possible to import Zip archives incl. their structure. For this, the required folder is created in eDoc and all documents imported from the Zip archive. If the name is the same as already existing documents, as for "Import from supplier", a decision can be made on how to proceed with the documents to be imported.

The function can be found in the "Export / Import" function group in the context menu of each folder in eDoc:

The import comprises two phases. In the first phase a check is made of whether the ZIP structure and the eDoc structure match or the structure in eDoc will be expanded if this is necessary.
In the second phase the documents are imported. Details of this can be seen in the Import Zip dialog.
