Sortorder sequence

Sort order sequence in reference to the other folders or documents at the same level

Move Document before

Selection option for the sequence of documents in a folder.

Author

The project or sub-project manager can select a user with the Author role here from a drop-down menu. This author is then authorized to edit the document.

Favorite on Homepage

Document name appears as the favorite, visible to all users on the homepage.

Type

Selection of the document type (see Table 1)

Creator Company / Supplier

Name of the company which supplied the document

State

The state is dependent on the type (see Table "Types and their characteristics")

Active File (per language)

File name of the imported file

Active File Size (per language)

File size of the imported file in kB

Active File Importdate (per language)

Date of the import

Content Upload (per language)

Upload function for the permitted file types
