This workflow includes two functions and allows translation of documents external to the system which already exist in the master language in the Released status. First they are exported for translation using the Export function and processed outside the system. The new language version can then be imported using the «Import from translation» function.

Export/Import Project

This workflow allow the transfer of part projects or of whole projects between 2 eDoc instances, the direct import of a folder structure incl. documents from the file system. All metadata are adopted when transferring between eDoc instances.
