·         Textual translations of the documents

·         Translation of all folder names and file names centrally in one file with the designation Names.txt (e.g. with translation programs)

·         The Names.txt file is in the export folder below the main node

·         The chapter structure of the project is displayed with dots between the chapter levels in the file system

·         Four-digit numbers in front of the document names are issued by the system for unique identification (e.g. "1564 Initial situation")

·         Numerical designations of the exported structure must be retained so the import runs successfully

·         The topmost level is indicated by the project number and the exported chapter

·         Below this are the sub-folders defined in the project (the documents exported for translation are not visible in this display, but are in the individual folders)
