The function can be used to create list for components drawings etc.

The component lists contain metadata on excel sheets. The excel sheets are uniquely identified by a definitive number. This number indicates where the component is installed.

·         The component lists are created as documents with the “List” document type

·         The component lists are treated differently from other documents in the editing process.

·         Select or create an empty folder in the project structure

·         Call up the New Document function in the context menu and create a "List" type placeholder

·         Import a xlsx file

·         The first line of the Excel file (*.xlsx) contains the column names, all other lines contain data for a data sheet

·         Be sure to define the first line as an alphabetic column 

·         An "Other" type document object is automatically generated for each ID no. in the xlsx
