·         Generates an offline version of the project in the language which is currently displayed in the system

·         The download of this language version must be confirmed prior to the data transfer

·         If a folder has been selected in the tree when calling up the "Create Offline Version" function, the options for creating an offline partial structure are also available.
It is possible to select that only the documents below the selected folder are exported as an offline version and, as a second option, that the entire structure (all folders) or only folders of the selected partial structure are to be exported.

·         Export bookmarks copies all bookmarks

·         Export notes copies all notes

·         The data are stored locally

·         Selection of an empty folder in the file system

·         Depending on the scope of the project, the process can take a few minutes

·         A progress bar is displayed in a popup window.

·         After the download, a folder in the file system can be copied to an external data storage medium and started from there
