Report Type Selection
This
function provides eight different type of analysis reports.
Report all incomplete documents
shows
all documents which do not have Released status
Report all rejected or not yet imported documents
shows
all document nodes which contain an invalid document
Report all not yet translated Nodes (for current Language)
shows
all nodes which do not have a translation for the current language setting
Report all not yet rendered documents
shows
all documents which (still) do not have a display variant of the document
Report all overdue documents
shows
exported documents that have exceeded the delivery date
Report all drawings (ordered by number of elements)
shows all drawings sorted according to the descending number of PDF elements on
the first page. This list should help.
Report all documents with oversized pages
shows all documents larger than A0
Report all documents with rendering problems
shows all documents that cannot be converted and lists the corresponding jobs
of the Admin server
Selection of the report type in a popup window

A report
is always based on all subordinate documents of the selected node
·
All status
reports have the same display functionality (list with the Nodetype, Nodetitle
with chapters and Statustext columns)

Selection
of a document by mouse click in the Nodetype column
·
System
jumps to the main window and shows the node clicked in the Status Report
