List file name template
This
sets how the file names are recognized from a list. It must contain the
placeholders “[key], [lang], [name] as well as arbitrary static text
So, if
you set it to be “[key]_[lang] [name]” it will look for a document with the KKS
key first, followed by an _, then the language code, a space and finally the
name of the document for example: A1234_EN Test Document.docx
List node name template
This
determines how the file names will be displayed in eDoc. It can contain the
placeholders “[key], [lang], [name]” as well as arbitrary static text
So, if
the node name template is set to “[key]_[name]”, the document used in the
previous example would be called “A1234_Test Document”
Document name template
Template
for generating a document name from the uploaded file name. The document name
template placeholders are:
·
[stem] is
the text identified when the file name is parsed
·
[lang]
language code identified when the file name is parsed
·
[doc_type]
document type of the document to which the file is uploaded
·
[file_type]
extension of the file uploaded for the particular language
File name pattern
The
file pattern can contain two placeholders: [stem], [lang] joined by arbitrary
characters, and it describes the pattern of the file base name (without the
extension). [name] is mandatory, [lang] is optional. However, if [lang] is not
specified, automatic detection of translations from file names would be
unavailable. When a file name is uploaded, its name is parsed, and an attempt
is made to identify the pattern placeholder values. If no match is possible,
[stem] is assigned the value of the entire file name (except the extension),
and [lang] takes the project's master language code
