·         Generates a new folder below the selected node in the navigation tree

·         A metadata display for the new folder opens in the content area at the same time

·         Metadata can be edited and saved. The fields with yellow backgrounds are mandatory fields.

Chapter identification is for the designation of the exported structures. Spaces and full stops are not permitted. Repetition of the chapter identification at the same structure level is not permitted.

Subprojectmanager

The project manager can select users with the sub-project manager role here from a drop-down menu and thus give permission for this folder. This user can then carry out functions in accordance with the rights within this folder.

Folder name appears as the favorite, visible to all users on the homepage.

Automatic chapter update

Automatically updates chapter number

Bindergroup

Group ID for generating the paper version (Chapter «Create »).

­   A table of contents for all documents of the folder (binder) group is generated.

­   A folder spine and a folder-based table of contents are created per folder (binder) group.

Supplier import folder
Marks this folder a root of the supplier import portal structure

Folder Icons
